140 years before century, Antipater of Sidon wrote a poem about the list of Seven Wonders of The Ancient World. He probably copied the thought of some writer before (Philo of Byzantium, Strabo, Herodotus, and Diodoros of Sicily), but that’s not the point. The point is, there were seven amazing human’s created building.
But, can you see all of that seven wonders now? Only one left. The Great Pyramid of Giza, located in Giza Plateau, on the outskirts of Kairo, Egypt.
In Egypt history, Pyramids built as a tomb for the King. It was build in 3000 BC, known as one of the oldest building since the historic times. The Giza Pyramid Complex consist of 3 huge pyramids and one statue called Sphinx (half human, half lion). The pyramids are Cheops (the biggest and called the great pyramid), Chepren, and Menkaure. All of these pyramids have the similar shape inside and outside, using limestone as its construction.
It is a miracle that we can still see these building now. Imagine, you can see, touch, feel, and go inside the building that made by human 5000 years ago. How amazing?
So, don’t waste your time! Plan your trip to this spot!
