The Other Spot

When we talk about Spain, I believe almost everyone wouldn’t disagree to choose this country as a kind of heaven for every traveler around the world. So do I. I have been to Spain, and spent a week in the largest city on the Mediterranean coast: Barcelona.

Believe me, a week in Barcelona is one of my best journey ever. There are so many wonderful and historical places, including landmark, museum, cathedral, statue, and so on. You name it, and I believe you’ll find it there.

I really amazed with the Catalan Art Nouveau landmark, created by famous architect such as Montaner or Gaudi. Unesco has awarded Montaner’s creations, Palau de la Musica Catalana and Hospital de Sant Pau as a UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Gaudi even awarded more. UNESCO awarded Gaudi himself as World Heritage Sites, because there are too many wonderful building created by him such as Casa Vicens, Paula Guell, Casa Calvet, Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, Park Gueli, and so much more.

Barcelona is not only historical place. As the second biggest city in Spain, and a metropolitan area, some modern creations stand together with some old ones. One of the beautiful modern building is Hotel La Mola.

This hotel is my highly recommended place to stay whenever you come to Barcelona. If you want to play Golf Barcelona, then you come to the right place. 45 championship holes available in this place, called Real Club de Golf El Prat. They also have spa for your leisure.

Is it finish? Of course not! I only write a very small portion from Barcelona as a tourist destination. There are around hundreds place, event, food, and others that I haven’t write down here. I promise to write it all whenever I have enough spare time, Ok! Maybe next week, next month, or next… Arrgghh… Just next time!
